It combines strong frontend development expertise in React and TypeScript with backend development in Python, AWS Cloud exposure and hands-on experience across APIs, microservices, relational databases and DevOps practices. The role offers end-to-end ownership across the application lifecycle, from solution design and development through deployment and production support, while delivering reliable, scalable and client-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement front-end software solutions using React.Js andback-end software solutions using Python.\nActively look for opportunities to enhance and consolidate the system.\nDocument technical changes to the system.\nImplement observability to track performance and alert about issues.\nEnforce code quality by performing code reviews.\nMaintain CI/CD pipelines and use DevOps tools such as Terraform and Jenkins.\nCollaborate with the Product team to collect and refine business requirements.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nPromote and implement development best practices across the team.\nExperience & Capabilties\nExperience: 4-9 years in software development with strong backend and cloud expertise.\nProgramming: Strong proficiency in Python along with UI implementation and object-oriented programming concepts.\nCloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP for application deployment and scaling.\nMicroservices: Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architectures.\nDatabases: Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.\nSoft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to solve sophisticated issues.\nGit: Experience with version control systems (Git), defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI).\nLeverage AI-powered development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent coding assistants to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.\nContribute to the adoption of emerging AI-enabled software engineering practice specifically Agentic AI across the team in partnership with business.\n͏\n3.
