For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nJob Description: Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Architect\nRole Overview\nWipro is seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a strategic B2B digital commerce platform for a global enterprise client.\nThe role will focus on developing an end-to-end webshop solution that serves as a comprehensive product catalogue and digital commerce experience, while enabling seamless integration with merchant onboarding and enterprise platform capabilities. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, UX teams, integration teams, and Salesforce delivery teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce B2B Commerce implementation experience with strong enterprise architecture and integration expertise and is comfortable working directly from customer locations as needed.\n͏\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud implementations.\nDefine and govern the target-state Headless Commerce Architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal user experience across digital channels.\nDefine scalable and future-ready commerce architectures that support product catalogue management, buyer journeys, account-based commerce, and self-service capabilities.\nDesign the integration architecture between Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and enterprise platforms, including merchant onboarding, CRM, identity management, product information, and other digital platforms.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.\nProvide technical leadership across architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.\nEstablish Salesforce best practices, governance standards, coding guidelines, and solution design principles.\nDrive architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.\nDefine and oversee data models, sharing models, APIs, event-driven integrations, and identity management solutions.\nWork closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of architecture designs and technical solutions.\nSupport release planning, deployment strategy, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural constraints, and proactively develop mitigation plans.\nProvide technical guidance to delivery managers, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\n͏\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\n10+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture and solution design responsibilities.\nProven experience delivering at least one full-cycle Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud implementation in an architect or lead technical role.\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning B2B Commerce) architecture, configuration, and implementation.\nExperience designing and implementing Agentic Architectures and AI-driven customer experiences, including the use of intelligent agents, conversational commerce, workflow automation, generative AI, and autonomous business processes within enterprise digital ecosystems.\nExtensive experience designing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities, including:\nSales Cloud\nExperience Cloud\nService Cloud\nApex\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nFlows and Automation\nPlatform Events\nExperience defining enterprise data models, security models, authentication, authorization, and access management frameworks.\nStrong understanding of application scalability, performance optimization, and solution governance.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\nAbility and willingness to work from customer locations and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer certification.\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.\nSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CTA candidate status is highly desirable.\nExperience integrating Salesforce Commerce solutions with onboarding platforms, payment ecosystems, ERP systems, CMS platforms, or digital experience platforms.\nExperience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft or equivalent middleware technologies.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Salesforce deployment frameworks.\nExperience working within large-scale consulting or system integration organizations.\n͏\nWhy Join Wipro?\nAt Wipro, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives for some of the world's leading enterprises.
