The role focuses on practice development, client engagement, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with Wipro’s Industry Cloud and Digital strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nPractice Leadership & GrowthDefine and execute the strategy for Industry Cloud & Digital.\nDrive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through strategic planning and client acquisition.\nDevelop industry-specific cloud offerings leveraging Wipro Industry Cloud & Digital platforms.\nOwn end-to-end modernization roadmaps (assessment → strategy → execution) for mainframe/legacy systems.\nOversee cloud-native application design and development, API ecosystems, and **microservices** adoption.\nStand up DevOps/SRE practices: reliability budgets, SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, incident response, and post-mortems.\nHelp customers with Shift-Left strategies, including test automation Roadmap at unit/API/UI layers and performance engineering and setting up Test Centers of Excellence.\nServe as a trusted advisor to CXO and Director levels on modernization, cloud, and digital operating models.\nFacilitate executive workshops, POVs, and transformation roadmaps aligned to Western US market dynamics and regulations\nRepresent Wipro at industry events; publish thought leadership tailored to (Healthcare Sector).\n\n͏\nClient Engagement & AdvisoryAct as a trusted advisor to CXOs on cloud adoption, digital transformation, and AI-driven modernization.\nLead solution design, and proposal development for large opportunities.\nRepresent Wipro in industry forums, client workshops, and thought leadership events.\nDrive Wipro’s Strategy to be a Consulting Led and AI First Approach.\n\nDelivery ExcellenceEnsure successful delivery of cloud migration, application modernization, and digital engineering projects.\nEstablish governance frameworks for contract compliance, SLA adherence, and risk management.\n\nTalent & Capability DevelopmentBuild and mentor a high-performing team with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, and industry-specific solutions.\nDrive certification programs and continuous learning initiatives for the practice.\n\n͏\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience:12-15 years in IT in selling and expanding services with at least 5 years in cloud and digital transformation leadership.\nProven track record in practice management, business development, and delivery oversight.\n\nTechnical Expertise:Deep understanding of multi-cloud architectures, cloud-native development, and industry cloud solutions.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML, QA, Integration, automation, and DevOps practices.\n\nLeadership & Business Skills:Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and CXO-level engagement skills.\nAbility to drive P&L, manage budgets, and deliver on growth targets.\n\nEducation:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\nAdvanced certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.\n\n͏\n͏\nThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $308,000.00.\nFinal compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
