The role will focus on applying AI, GenAI and Agentic AI across two strategic areas:\nAI for Design: AI-led engineering, product design, simulation, digital thread, design optimization and engineering copilots.\nAI for Industrial Operations: AI-led manufacturing, autonomous operations, process optimization, quality, maintenance, energy, digital twins, robotics and Physical AI.\nThe leader will own the strategy, offerings, solutions, innovation, talent, partnerships and go-to-market for the Industrial Autonomy practice.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and execute the Industrial Autonomy CoE strategy and roadmap.\nBuild offerings across AI for Design and AI for Industrial Operations.\nDrive solutions leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Industrial AI, Digital Twins, Edge AI and Physical AI.\nDevelop autonomous manufacturing solutions spanning MES/MOM, process optimization, quality, maintenance, energy, robotics and connected operations.\nCreate AI solutions for engineering design, simulation, product development and Digital Thread.\nDefine architectures integrating AI with PLM, MES, SCADA, Historians, ERP, CMMS/EAM, IoT and robotics.\nLead customer workshops, consulting engagements, solutioning, proposals, PoCs and transformation roadmaps.\nBuild reusable IP, accelerators, reference architectures and partner-led solutions.\nBuild and mentor a high-performing team of AI, engineering and industrial domain specialists.\nRequired Experience\n15+ years in Industrial/Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, AI or Digital Transformation.\nStrong expertise in AI, GenAI and Agentic AI, with experience taking AI solutions into production.\nExperience building or leading a CoE, practice, consulting organization or large transformation portfolio.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing, engineering and industrial operations.\nKnowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Knowledge Graphs, Digital Twins and Industrial AI.\nExposure to PLM, MES/MOM, SCADA, IoT, Historian, ERP, EAM/CMMS and robotics.\nStrong executive-level customer engagement, consulting, solutioning and business development skills.\nExperience building teams, offerings, partnerships and go-to-market propositions.\nJob Description\nRole Purpose\nThe purpose of the role is to define, architect and lead delivery of machine learning and AI solutions.\n͏\nDo\n1.
