The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical applications and platforms. The SRE will work closely with development, operations, and support teams to drive production readiness, automation, monitoring, and continuous service improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure production stability, platform health, and operational excellence.\nSupport and maintain high-availability, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.\nParticipate in incident, problem, and change management activities.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to post-incident reviews.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts and operational tools.\nImplement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions using logs, metrics, and traces.\nTroubleshoot application, infrastructure, network, and database issues.\nSupport capacity planning, performance optimization, and disaster recovery initiatives.\nCollaborate with development teams to improve production readiness and operational standards.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and runbooks.\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.\nHands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nKnowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.\nScripting/programming experience using Python, Bash, Go, or similar technologies.\nExperience with monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting tools.\nKnowledge of networking concepts, system reliability, scalability, and security.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nExperience with IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nUnderstanding of capacity planning and performance tuning.\nPreferred Skills\nPrior Telecom or Genesys platform experience.\nExperience with Oracle environments.\nJava application troubleshooting experience.\nExposure to PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and AWS cloud platforms.\nKey Technologies\nDevOps Tools & CI/CD\nAWS / PCF\nLinux / Unix\nOracle\nJava\nITSM Tools\nMonitoring & Observability Platforms\nExperience\n4-7 Years\nMandatory Skills\nDevOps\nUnix/Linux Administration\nITSM Knowledge\n\n͏\n͏\n͏\nMandatory Skills: SRE Operations.Experience: 3-5 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
