For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nSupply Chain Engineering Domain Director\nOrganization: Enterprise Products (EP)\nDelivery Model: Managed Service Partner\nDomain: Supply Chain\nAbout the Role\nThe Supply Chain Engineering Domain Director is the end-to-end technical delivery owner for enterprise applications supporting PLM, demand/supply planning, order and inventory management, logistics, and supplier/ODM collaboration.\nThis leader owns the full application lifecycle, including architecture, development, integrations, releases, and L2/L3 production support, while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership.\nThe environment combines custom full-stack applications with platforms including Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, o9 Solutions, Teamcenter, MuleSoft, and PHP/React technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end delivery and production support across the Supply Chain application portfolio.\nLead engineering, functional, integration, and support teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.\nManage SLAs/SLOs, incidents, releases, capacity planning, and technical escalations.\nDrive technology strategy, modernization, technical debt reduction, and build/buy decisions.\nMaintain architecture, integration, master data, and cross-domain data integrity.\nEstablish delivery and operational KPIs, governance, SDLC standards, and continuous improvement.\nServe as the primary technology partner to client leadership, managing scope, staffing, SOWs, risks, and escalations.\nTranslate business requirements into prioritized technology roadmaps and delivery plans.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.\n12+ years in enterprise applications, including 6+ years owning end-to-end functional/technology domains.\n5+ years leading technical and functional delivery teams of 15-50 employees.\nStrong managed-services experience with SLAs, KPIs, governance, and scope/change management.\nDeep Supply Chain technology experience across PLM, planning, order management, inventory, logistics/3PL, supplier collaboration, and master data.\nHands-on experience with APIs, integration platforms, and hybrid SaaS/custom application environments.\nExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.\nExperience with Teamcenter or comparable PLM platforms.\nTechnical experience with PHP, Java, C#, Angular, React, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.\nStrong executive stakeholder management and technology roadmap experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nConsulting, systems integrator, or managed-service-provider background.\nExperience leading global/onshore-offshore teams.\nLarge-scale ERP, cloud, or SaaS transformation experience.\nExperience applying automation and AI/GenAI to engineering and support.\nExperience with high-volume physical goods, ODMs, contract manufacturers, or 3PL environments.\nMandatory Skills: Delivery Management.Experience: >10 YEARS\n.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $305,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
