The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Invoicing Operations, team management, stakeholder coordination, and KPI delivery within a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage a team of 10-15 associates.\nEnsure achievement of operational KPIs including Productivity, Quality, CSAT, AHT, Resolution, and Attendance.\nConduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.\nHandle clients and process escalations effectively.\nCollaborate with Quality, MIS, and other support functions for process improvements.\nDrive employee engagement, team-building activities, and recognition programs.\nMonitor team performance and prepare operational reports.\nMentor new hires and support their onboarding and development.\nManage operational tickets and business-critical activities as required.\nMandatory Skills\nTeam Handling Experience (10-15+ members)\nStrong Experience in Invoicing Operations\nKPI & Performance Management\nClient Escalation Handling\nCoaching & People Development\nMIS Reporting & Data Analysis\nAdvanced MS Excel / Google Sheets\nExcellent Communication & Presentation Skills\nStakeholder Management & Problem Solving\nEligibility\nGraduate in any discipline.\nExperience as a Team Lead in BPO/Operations environment.\nHands-on experience in Invoicing/Billing processes is mandatory.\nWillingness to work from Hyderabad office in a 24x7 shift environment.\nMandatory Skills: Payment and Fraud( Trust & Safety).Experience: 1-3 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
