For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nRole Purpose\nThe purpose of this role is to define project scope basis the client requirements, manage engagement economics as per the project estimates and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.\nT͏echnical Program Manager\nASIC Technical Program Manager (TPM)\n\nExperience\n\n15+ years\n\nLocation\n\nBangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai, Pune\n\nDomain\n\nASIC / SoC - Turnkey Silicon\n\nEmployment\n\nFull-time\n\nThe Role\nOwn end-to-end delivery of turnkey ASIC/SoC programs, from specification to tape-out and post-silicon bring-up, across RTL, DV, DFT, PD and validation teams.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn the program plan, milestones and critical path from architecture freeze through tape-out and silicon bring-up.\nDrive cross-functional execution across RTL, DV, DFT, PD, SW/FW and validation teams.\nRun gated reviews (spec, RTL freeze, DFT, signoff, tape-out) and enforce exit criteria.\nManage scope, risks, dependencies and change control with customers, foundry and OSAT partners.\nForecast effort and capacity; align staffing, EDA tools and IP with the plan.\nReport schedule, quality and risk status to customer and leadership; escalate early.\nWhat You Bring\n15+ years in semiconductors, with 8+ years leading ASIC/SoC programs through at least two tape-outs.\nStrong command of the full ASIC flow: architecture, RTL, DV, DFT, PD, signoff, post-silicon.\nHands-on with tape-out gating, signoff criteria and the foundry/OSAT interface (masks, packaging, test).\nProven effort estimation, budget tracking and risk management on fixed-price or T&M turnkey engagements.\nConfident, customer-facing communicator who can hold senior technical and business conversations.\nProficiency with Jira, MS Project or equivalent planning tools.\nGood to Have\nPMP / PgMP certification\nExperience with advanced nodes or multi-die / chiplet programs\nExposure to post-silicon validation and production ramp\n͏\n͏\n͏\nMandatory Skills: Project Management.Experience: 8-10 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
