For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nPosition Title: Technical Writer (eNotebook / ELN SOP Documentation)\nLocation: Remote\nTechnical Skills\nStrong technical writing and technical documentation skills, particularly SOP development.\nHands-on experience creating, reviewing, updating, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, user guides, process documents, and related controlled documentation.\nKnowledge or prior experience with eNotebook / Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) platforms is preferred.\nAbility to understand application workflows and translate technical/business inputs into clear procedural content.\nStrong knowledge of document structure, templates, formatting, terminology, version control, review cycles, and document lifecycle management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and standard collaboration/document-management tools.\nFamiliarity with regulated Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, medical-device, laboratory, or GxP environments is highly preferred.\nUnderstanding of SDLC, quality/compliance documentation, document change control, and review/approval workflows is desirable.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nAuthor, review, revise, and maintain SOPs for eNotebook / Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) processes and functionality.\nCollaborate with business SMEs, laboratory/process owners, technical teams, and Quality stakeholders to gather and validate documentation requirements.\nConvert system functionality, business processes, and SME inputs into clear step-by-step procedures suitable for end users.\nEnsure documentation is accurate, complete, consistent, easy to understand, and aligned with approved templates and organizational documentation standards.\nManage document updates through review, feedback incorporation, approval, versioning, and publication cycles.\nCreate and maintain supporting documentation such as work instructions, user guides, process flows, quick-reference guides, and training/support content when required.\nPerform document quality checks for grammar, structure, terminology, formatting, traceability, and consistency.\nCoordinate multiple documentation deliverables and ensure completion within agreed timelines.\nSupport documentation impact assessments and updates resulting from system enhancements, process changes, or release activities.\nWork effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\nMandatory Skills: LS - Pharma.Experience: 5-8 Years\n.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
