Individuals work across all functional areas.\nAble to diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and connectivity problems.\nEnhanced knowledge of production monitoring and additional capability, may support one or more systems or applications of low to medium complexity (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility\n͏\n͏\n͏\n͏\nRate :- 150K/M\nLoaction :- Coimbatore\nEXP :- 4+ years\nJob Description - Key Responsibilities\nSupport and maintain mission-critical file transmission services and platforms.\nPerform L2/L3 support, troubleshooting complex issues escalated by the team.\nManage Mainframe File Transfer technologies including FTP, Connect:Direct/NDM and Axway MFT/CFT.\nMonitor and manage Control-M job scheduling, file transfers and batch operations.\nUnderstand and troubleshoot JCL and Mainframe-related transmission issues.\nHandle critical incidents, SWAT escalations and on-call support while minimizing business impact.\nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem management and ticket trend analysis.\nImplement changes, vulnerability remediation, patching and service requests.\nSupport scheduled Disaster Recovery (DR), audit and compliance activities.\nDrive automation, Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and shift-left initiatives to reduce manual effort and operational costs.\nConduct health checks, monitoring, ticket-quality reviews and documentation maintenance.\nTrain, coach and cross-train team members to strengthen L2/L3 technical capabilities.\nMaintain knowledge documents and lessons learned for operational readiness and training.\nValidate change tasks, escalation procedures and operational processes before implementation.\nRespond to customer/stakeholder queries through email and calls and provide timely technical updates.Experience & Skills Preferred\n\n5-7 years of experience in Mainframe Transmission Services / Managed File Transfer (MFT).\nStrong file transmission troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.\nMonitor and validate successful file transfers between customers, partners and third parties.\nInvestigate, resolve and escalate failed or delayed file transmissions.\nMonitor file transfer systems, alerts and transfer schedules to ensure service availability.\nManage incidents/tickets, maintain accurate updates and follow through to resolution.\nConfigure and maintain transfer alerts and warning schedules.\nCoordinate with L2/L3 support teams for complex transmission issues and escalations.\nMonitor the shared mailbox and respond to operational requests requiring action.\nCommunicate outages and service impacts to customers, business teams and management.\nParticipate in transmission-related operational and technical meetings.\nProvide shift/on-call support, including customer calls and timely management updates.\nMandatory Skills: BMC Control M.Experience: 3-5 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
