For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nJob Title:Workforce Software Consultant\nKey Responsibilities:\nSolution Architecture & Design\nArchitect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions tailored to client needs.\nLead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints.\nEnsure integration with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.\nImplementation & Configuration\n Configure WFS modules (Time, Scheduling, ACT, Forecasting).\nDevelop and test custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or SQL.\nPerform unit/system testing and validate against business requirements.\nClient Engagement & Strategy\nConduct workshops to gather and refine business requirements.\nProvide strategic guidance on workforce optimization and compliance.\nServe as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and delivery phases.\nProject Leadership\nManage small to mid-sized implementation projects.\nEnsure timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.\nMentor junior consultants and support their professional development.\nIntegration & Reporting\nDesign and implement interfaces using APIs and ETL tools.\nEnable standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.\n Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.\nMandatory Skills: SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS.Experience: 8-10 Years\n.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
