If you are someone who works hard and likes to have fun while working, please apply!\nResponsibilities and Duties\nSet up and operate extrusion machines according to production specifications.\nMonitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.\nPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machinery.\nFollow all safety, conduct and attendance rules.\nFollow assigned work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.\nAccurately enter information into production systems.\nInspect materials, products, and/or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.\nMonitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operations conform to production or processing standards.\nConsistently follow specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures.\nEnsure your work area is in compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.\nQualifications and SkillsHigh school graduate with minimum of 1 yr direct industrial experience is preferred.\nMechanical aptitude.\nAbility to efficiently multi-task..\nMust be a team-player.\nMust be self-motivated.\nMust be detail-oriented.\nPhysical DemandsRequired to talk, hear, stand and walk.\nRequired to stand on your feet to work for several hours at a time.\nRequired to correctly & safely lift, move, sort, place & carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.\nRequired to use hands and fingers, to handle or feel, grasp, reach, lift, push and pull.\nOccasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. \n Who We ArePelican Wire is a part of Wire Experts Group, Inc.
