Their creativity, hands-on attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers keep us growing, which is why we’re always looking for new colleagues to join us on our journey.\nRole Summary:\nAs Global Head of Field Services, you will take ownership of Blue Wireless' Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) function across every market we operate in. You are the driving force behind embedding strong HSEQ standards into how our internal field teams and third-party installers work day-to-day, ensuring that safety and compliance is built into the core of our field operations. \nThis newly created, standalone role serves as the central point of ownership for HSEQ across our global teams, translating regulatory requirements and best practice into standards, training, and processes that teams can apply. You are responsible for identifying risk, investigating incidents, closing compliance gaps, and building a culture where safety and quality are shared responsibilities across every level in the business. \nKey Responsibilities:\nField Service Processes\nIdentify gaps in current field practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives \nDevelop and implement the organization’s safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments \nAct as the internal expert and point of escalation for safety and field operations matters \nContractor Management\nWork closely with Procurement teams to source and contract third-party installers \nManage and audit third-party installer relationships, including onboarding, performance reviews, and contract compliance related to safety and quality \nProvide training and procedures to third-party installers to ensure Blue Wireless compliance \nSafety and Quality \nEnsure local compliance with legislation, regulatory obligations and industry best practice \nDevelopment and implementation of effective systems to identify hazards, risks and issues \nLead incident investigations, hazard identification, risk assessments and corrective actions \nDocumentation & Audit Readiness\nMaintain a centralized, audit-ready library of all HSEQpolicies, Quality Assurance (QA) checklists, SOPs \nMaintain and manage HSEQ registers (e.g. incidents, hazards, SWMS) \nLead compliance and certification initiatives such as ISO 45001 or other standards to implement industry best practices \nRequirements:\nExperienced in Field Services or Safety operations\nStrong experience with quality and safety processes\nAble to work across multiple functional teams, supporting and guiding them\nMinimal 10 years of experience in business environment\nUnderstanding of global IT services and enterprise customer requirements\nUnderstanding of networking technologies (IP networking, 5G, LEO satellite connectivity, enterprise WAN) is an advantage\nExperience working with technology vendors, professional service companies, and regulatory environments across multiple regions\nAdvanced degree (MSc or equivalent) desirable\nWe know the world has changed, and we want to offer our employees the chance to collaborate at our unique office spaces, whilst enjoying the convenience of working from home.
