This is a local, office-based role: you'll be the on-the-ground lead for the German market, acting as de facto Country Manager while reporting into the Head of Operations in Amsterdam.\nYou'll own end-to-end service delivery for Germany, from order intake through to completion, and act as the main point of contact for customers, partners and internal teams within the country. The role suits a self-starter who is comfortable owning a full market, keeping an overview of multiple moving parts while zooming in on individual orders to ensure they're delivered to Blue Wireless standards.\nWhat's on your plate\nCountry Leadership\nAct as the primary local representative for Blue Wireless in Germany\nBuild and maintain relationships with customers, field engineers and partners in-country\nAct as escalation point for German market issues, working closely with the Head of Operations in Amsterdam\nRepresent the German business in broader EMEA service delivery planning\nService Delivery and Provisioning & Order Lifecycle Management\nTake responsibility for successful completion of orders throughout the cycle:\nOrder Planning: work with customers, field engineers and other parties to schedule installations in line with agreed service levels\nOrder Preparation: work with internal teams to source, configure, pack, ship and deliver all service elements\nOrder Completion: assist technical teams on the completion of orders, support on escalations, work to customer satisfaction\nProcurement and Logistics\nWork with global Procurement Management to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Manage suppliers and contracts, optimise cost, approve bills within Germany.\nIn-life Technical Support\nSupport the Global Support Centre team with 2nd line local support during German office hours and ad hoc technical requests.\nPartner Management\nManage assigned Field Engineers and Alliance Partners in Germany:\nTraining & Enablement: provide partners with the training and resources to support Blue Wireless work\nOngoing Management: ensure work is done to specification and deadlines are met\nFinance and Accounting\nSupport the global finance manager with bills, payments and accounting matters as required.\nProcess Improvement\nDocument and improve local processes, and suggest automation.\nProject Management\nWork with customers, partners and internal teams on complex projects as required.\nIf you\nAre able to work independently and own a full market\nAre able to think and act strategically, with a Country Manager mindset\nHave a Bachelor's Degree\nHave strong organisational skills, and are accurate when processing and giving information\nHave excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills\nHave excellent English and German communication skills, written and verbal.
