You work effectively with global teams and stakeholders to ensure stable and reliable application services.\nYou are proactive in solving technical problems, contribute to knowledge sharing, and continuously look for opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.\nAdditional Required Competencies\nAcademic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n\n3-5 years of professional experience in backend software development and application operations.\n\n3-5 years of enterprise-level Java development experience.\n\nHands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.\n\nExperience with private cloud or virtualization technologies, especially VMware.\n\nStrong experience with Kubernetes (Kubernetes) for application deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management.\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.\n\nSolid database knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle, AWS Aurora, or AWS RDS.\n\nExperience in application deployment, testing, validation, and production support.\n\nFamiliarity with IT operational best practices and service reliability principles.\n\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\n\nGood communication skills and fluent English, both spoken and written.\n\nBeneficial Competence\nPython\n\nDocker and the Kubernetes ecosystem\n\nLinux administration and Shell scripting\n\nExperience with cloud migration or application adaptation across different cloud platforms\n\nExperience supporting enterprise applications\n\nWay of working\nThe work location for this role is our office in Beijing, China.\nRecruitment process\nReady to help shape secure mobility solutions for the future?
