the complete software lifecycle.\n\nLead architecture, technical design, and implementation decisions for complex systems, critical components, and distributed applications.\n\nOwn service and team-level delivery outcomes, ensuring quality, reliability, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.\n\nDefine and drive technical strategy, architectural evolution, and continuous improvement of platforms and systems.\n\nEstablish, promote, and uphold engineering standards, secure coding practices, testing strategies, and operational excellence.\n\nLead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment strategies, and production operations.\n\nDesign, implement, and administer Kubernetes-based solutions, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, resilience, and troubleshooting.\n\nDrive end-to-end DevOps ownership, including development, testing, deployment, observability, incident management, and production support.\n\nIdentify, prioritize, and reduce technical debt, architectural bottlenecks, operational risks, and systemic dependencies across services and teams.\n\nMake informed technical decisions by considering customer value, business impact, operational costs, performance, and long-term sustainability.\n\nLead code reviews, architecture reviews, technical discussions, and engineering initiatives to improve software quality and delivery effectiveness.\n\nMentor and develop engineers, share technical knowledge, and support the professional growth of team members.\n\nCollaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional Agile teams to clarify system context, dependencies, and technical priorities.\n\nManage certificate lifecycles and ensure secure certificate provisioning, renewal, rotation, and monitoring.\n\nContribute to engineering culture, technical governance, and organization-wide initiatives through deep technical expertise and leadership.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nJava: Strong hands-on experience with Java 11 or higher, object-oriented programming, concurrency, collections, performance optimization, and application design.\n\nPython: Practical experience developing automation, backend components, utilities, or supporting services using Python.\n\nAWS: Extensive hands-on experience with Lambda, EC2, ECS, SNS, SQS, IAM, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and API Gateway for REST APIs.\n\nKubernetes: Strong experience building, deploying, administering, scaling, securing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes-based applications and environments.\n\nMicroservices Architecture: Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems, defining service boundaries, managing inter-service communication, and addressing resilience and scalability challenges.\n\nDevOps and CI/CD: Experience owning the complete DevOps lifecycle, including automated builds, testing, deployment, production releases, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.\n\nTesting and Quality: Strong knowledge of JUnit, unit and integration testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and automated quality assurance practices.\n\nVersion Control: Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.\n\nCertificate Lifecycle Management: Experience managing certificate provisioning, renewal, rotation, expiration monitoring, and secure deployment.\n\nAgile Methodologies: Practical experience working with Scrum, SAFe, or similar Agile delivery frameworks, including technical planning and cross-team coordination.\n\nSecurity: Strong understanding of application and cloud security, IAM, authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets management, and secure software development practices.\n\nProduction Ownership: Experience operating business-critical applications, troubleshooting complex production issues, performing root-cause analysis, and improving system reliability and observability.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.\n\nKnowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.\n\nExperience with Maven and build automation.\n\nWorking knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.\n\nFamiliarity with infrastructure as code, cloud security, observability, distributed tracing, and platform engineering.\n\nExperience with
