Working closely with developers, architects, and other stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering highly reliable services that support millions of connected vehicles.\nWe offer you\nHigh-tech company that offers an exciting working environment\n\nInvolvement with Electric Vehicle services and products that drive sustainability.\n\nTech fund where you pick your choice of tech tools.\n\nFlat organizational culture founded on trust and autonomy; at WirelessCar, you are not just a number.\n\nHybrid Work-life balance\n\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Service Reliability Engineer, you will:\nMonitor and maintain production services to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.\n\nLead and participate in incident response, including major incidents, with a focus on minimizing Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).\n\nCoordinate stakeholders during incidents and communicate status updates clearly and effectively.\n\nPerform root cause analyses (RCA) and facilitate post-incident reviews (PIR) to drive long-term improvements.\n\nIdentify recurring issues and implement preventive measures through problem management.\n\nSupport change management activities while ensuring operational stability and service continuity.\n\nTroubleshoot complex issues across cloud infrastructure, container platforms, distributed systems, databases, APIs, and backend applications.\n\nCollaborate closely with DevOps teams to improve observability, automation, and operational readiness.\n\nContinuously improve monitoring, alerting, operational processes, and system reliability.\n\nEnsure compliance with security requirements, operational standards, and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).\n\nParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation according to team schedules.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.\n\nSolid understanding of AWS fundamentals.\n\nHands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry (OTEL).\n\nExperience troubleshooting Kafka and distributed systems.\n\nDatabase troubleshooting experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and/or MongoDB.\n\nREST API troubleshooting.\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Concourse.\n\nExperience troubleshooting Java backend applications and JVM-based services.\n\nNice to Have\nMQTT experience.\n\nAWS EKS.\n\nInfrastructure automation using Ansible or scripting.\n\nExperience working with connected vehicle platforms or automotive backend systems.\n\nOperational Experience\nWe're looking for someone with experience in,\nIncident Management.\n\nMajor Incident Management.\n\nActing as Incident Commander during critical incidents.\n\nProblem Management.\n\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA).\n\nPost Incident Reviews (PIR).\n\nChange Management.\n\nSLA-driven operations.\n\nITIL-based service management.\n\nExperience with the following is considered an advantage:\nService transition and knowledge transfer.\n\nSAFe or Agile delivery.\n\nVendor coordination within multi-supplier environments.\n\nWho You Are\nYou are someone who,\nTakes ownership and drives issues through to resolution.\n\nHas a structured, analytical approach to troubleshooting.\n\nRemains calm and focused during high-pressure production incidents.\n\nCommunicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCan coordinate multiple teams during critical situations.\n\nMakes sound decisions, even when information is incomplete.\n\nIs passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n\nEnjoys coaching and mentoring colleagues.\n\nDemonstrates technical leadership and strong stakeholder management skills.\n\nThrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n5-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\n\nWhy Join WirelessCar?\nAt WirelessCar, you'll work alongside talented colleagues from around the world in an open, collaborative, and innovative environment.
