You will be aligned to the IT and Technology domain where you will support stakeholders to deliver a plan of analytics as part of an annual audit plan.\nYou’ll lead a team of 1-2 analysts, so your time will be split between hands-on work and leadership responsibilities based in the APAC region. You’ll lead the execution of analytics tasks across a programme of audits and ensure quality standards and rigor are maintained.\nInternal Audit serves as an independent 3rd line of defence that oversees and provides an independent assessment and reasonable assurance on the effectiveness of the company’s corporate governance structure + internal controls.\nThe IA Analytics team supports IA by using analytics to provide more coverage, efficiency and accuracy to audit testing, as well as building innovative tools and using automation to support continuous testing and other IA activities beyond the annual audit plan.\nThis is an AL1 role. For more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, click here.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\nPartnering with stakeholders across the IA function with a specific focus on supporting stakeholders within the IT and Technology domain. Analysts may also be required to support other domains including Financial Crime, Ops, Risk, and Finance.\nManaging and leading the execution of impactful, innovative, and date-led analytics tasks across a programme of IT and technology audits and strategic initiatives\nLeading and developing a team of 1-2 analysts: helping them to set priorities, coaching for impact, and maintaining quality standards\nWorking with analytics, engineering, and business specialists to seek out and understand interesting and varied datasets, perform analytics using modern approaches, and develop a strong understanding of operations at Wise\nWorking on automation and tooling projects to increase efficiency across IA including workflow automation, continuous auditing, leveraging AI, and building MI dashboards\n WHAT YOU’LL BRING\n4+ years of experience in data analytics\n2+ years of delivering data analytics within an IT and/or technology related audit, risk, or compliance role\n1+ years of experience building, coaching and leading analysts\nAdvanced stakeholder management skills; you know how to leverage multiple different teams to deliver high-impact change including analytics, engineering, and business specialists\nExtensive experience using SQL; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation tools to surface insights\nPython coding experience\nNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL\nExperience of working in regulated environments, Fintech or Financial Services\nKnowledge of ITGCs or IT audit experience \nExperience using dbt, Superset, or Lightdash\nKnowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including the use of GenAI solutions and visualisation techniques\n For everyone, everywhere.
