In this role, you will help deliver world-class API payment solutions to banks powered by Wise’s cutting-edge infrastructure.\nYour primary focus will be bringing on new partners and enterprise clients, leveraging your skills in consultative selling, pitching complex API/embedded financial solutions, and navigating deal cycles to set up our partnerships for long-term success.\nIf you have a customer-first mentality, are solution-focused, obsessively curious about financial infrastructure, and have the drive to transform how money moves globally, Wise is where you belong.\n What You’ll Be Doing\nFull-Cycle Sales Management: Owning the end-to-end sales cycle and territory management from prospecting and solution discovery to negotiation and closing in expense management and Bill Pay space.\nRevenue & Partner Growth: Holding accountability for driving target revenue, acquiring new partners, and expanding Wise Platform's market footprint. •Industry Representation: Representing Wise Platform at strategic client meetings, executive pitches, and key industry events.\nSales Excellence: Maintaining accurate CRM pipeline tracking, accurate forecasting, and clear deal visibility.\nWhat You Bring\nClosing Experience: 4+ years selling complex technology solutions to enterprise accounts, with at least 1+ years in a closing capacity selling API infrastructure, enterprise fintech, embedded finance, or complex B2B SaaS solutions.\nProven Track Record: Consistent history of top performance against quota and revenue targets.\nTechnical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical requirements (APIs, payment rails) and craft tailored solutions for business stakeholders and technical teams.\nTerritory Execution: A strategic approach to territory planning, lead generation, and pipeline conversion.\nTravel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across North America as needed for executive presentations, partner meetings, and industry conferences.\nExecutive Presence: Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in pitching to and negotiating with CXO-level stakeholders.\nCommunication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills.\nRSUs in a rapidly growing company.\n\nAnnual self-development budget.\n\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - including HSA and FSA options.\n\nCompany-paid Life Insurance, Short & Long-Term Disability, and EAP program.\n\nFlexible working model - a mix of remote and in-office work.\n\nRelocation expenses covered.\n\nGenerous PTO, sick days, holidays, compassionate leave, and paid “Me” days.\nPaid 6-week sabbatical leave after four years.\n\n401k with up to a 4% employer match.\n\nRecognized as a 2025 Austin BuiltIn Best Award winner for Best Places to Work.\nFor everyone, everywhere.
