This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll need to think big picture and roll up your sleeves to make change happen.\nWhat you'll be doing\nPeople Partnering & Advisory\nPartner with People COEs (Talent, L&D, Reward, Employee Relations, People Experience and Employee Brand) and business leaders to embed DEI in talent processes, policies, and culture and products.\n\nDiagnose inclusion gaps through data and listening; co-create action plans with accountability\n\nCoach managers and People Partners on inclusive leadership, bias mitigation, and complex DEI-related employee matters\n\nDEI Programming & Capability Building\nDesign and deliver DEI training and learning journeys (in-person and virtual)\n\nBuild toolkits and resources that enable managers and teams to act on inclusion day-to-day\n\nSupport and govern Wise's employee communities (ERGs), ensuring alignment with business goals\n\nMeasurement, Reporting & Compliance\nOwn DEI metrics, dashboards, and narrative reporting for leadership and the Board\n\nManage global regulatory reporting (pay gap, EEO, workforce diversity) across jurisdictions\n\nTrack progress against DEI goals and surface insights to inform strategy\n\nStrategy & Influence\nShape Wise's DEI roadmap in partnership with the People Leadership Team\n\nAdvise on risk, reputation, and opportunity related to DEI and take steps to mitigate.\n\nRepresent Wise externally and bring best practice back into the business\n\nWork with Regional People teams to deliver local plans, acknowledging cultural and regional differences.\n\n Essential\nRelevant experience in DEI, Partnering, or OD roles with enterprise-wide impact\n\nProven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate DEI strategy into action\n\nStrong facilitation and training design skills; comfortable delivering to large, diverse audiences\n\nExperience managing multi-jurisdiction DEI reporting and compliance (pay gap, EEO, etc.)\n\nData fluency: you use metrics to diagnose problems, measure progress, and tell compelling stories\n\nBias for action and accountability-you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution\n\nDesirable\nExperience leading or supporting employee resource groups or communities\n\nBackground in fast-growth, global, or tech environments\n\nFamiliarity with People systems and analytics tools\n\n For everyone, everywhere.
