Full speed.\nWhether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.\nAs part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.\nFor everyone, everywhere.\nMore about our mission and what we offer.\n The role\nWise is investing significantly in its finance systems, processes and controls to support the next stage of growth as a dual-listed global technology company.\nWe are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Change Programme Lead to establish, mobilise and lead our Finance Systems Change programme.\nThis role will be responsible for creating the structure, governance and delivery model required to successfully execute a multi-year finance systems change agenda, including finance systems modernisation, ERP transformation, finance data architecture, process standardisation and control automation.\nWorking across Finance, Product, Engineering, Data and external partners, the Programme Lead will ensure that strategic objectives are translated into an executable programme with clear ownership, governance and measurable outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgramme Mobilisation & Governance\nEstablish and lead the Finance Systems Change Programme.\n\nDefine programme governance, workstreams, decision forums and reporting structures.\n\nCreate and manage executive reporting for Steering Committees, Finance Leadership and other stakeholders\n\nEnsure alignment across Finance, Product, Engineering, Data and Controls functions.\n\nChange Delivery\nCoordinate delivery across multiple change workstreams including:\nERP transformation\n\nFinance systems modernisation\n\nFinance data architecture\n\nReporting transformation\n\nProcess standardisation\n\nControl automation\n\nAI usage\n\nDrive execution against agreed milestones, timelines and budgets.\n\nManage interdependencies across programmes including SOX remediation, data initiatives and operational change programmes.\n\nVendor & Implementation Management\nLead programme mobilisation activities for ERP and finance systems implementation.\n\nSupport RFP processes, vendor selection and implementation planning.\n\nManage relationships with implementation partners, system integrators and external advisors.\n\nEnsure vendors deliver against agreed outcomes and programme objectives.\n\nBusiness Change & Adoption\nPartner with Finance leaders to prepare the organisation for large-scale systems change.\n\nCoordinate change management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.\n\nEnsure business readiness for new systems, processes and operating models.\n\nDrive adoption and benefit realisation across Finance teams.\n\nProgramme Planning & Risk Management\nDevelop programme plans and take active role in resource modeling and operating budgets.\n\nIdentify delivery risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.\n\nTrack programme outcomes against agreed success measures.\n\nEscalate critical issues and decision points to executive leadership.\n\nSupport recruitment and mobilisation of specialist finance systems, ERP, data and change resources.\n\nCandidate Profile\nExperience\n10+ years leading large-scale finance transformation programmes.\n\nProven experience delivering ERP or major finance systems implementations.\n\nExperience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes.\n\nExperience working with executive stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors and Engineering leaders.\n\nExperience working with system integrators, consulting partners and software vendors.\n\nLeadership\nExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.\n\nAbility to align diverse stakeholder groups around a common vision.\n\nStrong communication and executive presentation skills.\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.\n\nTransformation Expertise\nDeep understanding of finance transformation programmes.\n\nStrong knowledge of programme governance and delivery frameworks.\n\nExperience building business cases and transformation roadmaps.\n\nExperience managing organisational change and adoption.\n\n For everyone, everywhere.
