You’ll bring order and craft to presentations and comms across Wise, building on-brand, scalable systems that elevate every team’s output - with the confidence to train nondesigners to use what you build, and to work closely with senior and C-suite stakeholders under pressure during peak periods.\nThe ideal candidate is an organised self-starter with at least 4 years of experience in similar in-house teams or branding agencies. We work to ensure Wise is recognised and trusted worldwide, helping people and businesses move money faster, cheaper, and more transparently.\nWhat you’ll do\nThe majority of this role will focus on:\nDesigning presentations that strengthen our brand internally (Figma and Google Slides). Create visually engaging presentations for internal events and meetings, turning complex information into clear, compelling stories.\n\nCreating and evolving our presentation templates and systems (Figma and Google Slides). Develop and roll out easy-to-use templates and tools that empower colleagues across Wise to create consistent, on-brand work independently.\n\nYou’ll also:\nDesign major company-wide events and conferences throughout the year. Collaborate with internal teams on presentations, event branding, signage, and print and digital communications-often with fast turnarounds.\n\nWork closely with senior stakeholders. Ask the right questions and simplify complex business and product updates, shaping them into impactful presentations for company-wide audiences.\n\nSupport our workplace experience. Partner with the Workplace team to create signage, uniforms, and other branded materials for our offices.\n\nProvide design support for reports (InDesign). Create polished, on-brand reports and review materials using InDesign when needed.\n\nUse AI tools to accelerate your workflow. We’re actively incorporating AI into the way our team works, so you should be curious, comfortable experimenting, and keen to find smarter ways of working.\n\nThis role will give you the opportunity to:\nDevelop: You’ll be working with a talented and passionate bunch of designers, copywriters and animators. We’re a feedback friendly organisation and you’ll have loads of opportunities to learn and be challenged.\n\nBring clarity: You’ll turn complexity into clear, confident narratives, working with senior and C-suite stakeholders\n\nHave impact: You’ll join our exciting mission to build money without borders and show people that Wise is the smartest way to manage their international money.\n\n You have strong fundamentals: You’re a strong presentation designer in Figma and Google Slides, with a portfolio that shows real craft in layout, typography and hierarchy. You have a gift for storytelling - able to take complex or technical information and turn it into something clear, well-structured and genuinely engaging. Motion design skills are a bonus, but not essential.\n\nYou are curious: You ask questions rather than taking a brief at face value. You want to understand the context behind the content - especially when it’s technical - and you’re eager to learn from the people around you, including experimenting with AI tools to work faster and smarter.\n\nYou are resilient and open: You view feedback as a learning tool, not criticism. You respond constructively and use guidance to improve your technical execution.\n\nYou are a self-starter: You’re comfortable working in a small sub-team - so you’re happy managing your own time, contributing ideas to shared systems as well as executing, and stepping in on other internal comms projects when needed. You’re also confident communicating your work and rationale to senior and C-suite stakeholders.\n\nQualifications:\nStrong proficiency in Figma, Google Slides and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.\n\nExperience with Jitter, AI tools, After Effects, and 3D is a plus.\n\nAbility to attend the London office 3 days a week.\n\n 3 days a week in our London office\n45k to 65k dependent on experience.\nWe cannot offer sponsorship for this role.\nFor everyone, everywhere.
