This analyst will be responsible for supporting the Treasury functions that onboard and maintain relationships with our banking partners as well as the Corporate Treasury Operations team, responsible for moving and investing our corporate cash.\nThis is an IC3 role. For more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, clickhere.\nWhat you'll be doing\nHelp corporate treasury teams make more effective operational and investment decisions through deep-dive analyses and performance measurement\n\nAutomate relevant operational processes to free up time for strategic initiatives (includes supporting the design of engineering solutions when needed)\n\nBuild and maintain dbt data models to surface key metrics to the teams\n\nBuild and maintain Lightdash dashboards to support decision making and operational processes\n\nBuild relationships with teams across the company, from finance and engineering to our customer support, operations, design and more, to gain the knowledge needed for accurate analysis and implementation of analytics solutions\n\nMentor other team members on best practices in data analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility of work while improving the pace of execution\n\nWhat you'll bring\nExtensive experience in data analytics\n\nExtensive experience using SQL to build and maintain complex data sources, and leveraging visualisation tools to surface critical insights\n\nExperience with dbt and robust data modelling, including the ability to navigate complex dbt projects and create reusable, maintainable data assets for scalable analytics\n\nStakeholder management skills; you know how to influence teams to deliver high-impact change, across analytics, engineering, and business specialists\n\nAbility to translate business requests into clear analytical problems\n\nAbility to convey complex information, tailored to the audience’s level of understanding\n\nAbility to deliver high quality work autonomously\n\nNice to have\nExperience working in Fintech or Financial Services\n\nExperience automating (or supporting) operational processes\n\nExperience using Lightdash or Superset\n\nKnowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including the use of Python and statistical modelling\n\nExperience managing 1-2 analysts or coaching more junior team members\n\n Some of our benefits:\nBase salary of £75,000 - £115,000\nRSU's in a growing and public company\nPrivate Medical Insurance + Life Insurance\nDiscounted gym memberships and cycle to work scheme\nA paid 6-week sabbatical leave after four years\n26 weeks maternity leave at full pay\nAn annual self-development budget\nPet friendly offices\nLots of fun group activities like yoga, running and boardgame nights\nFind out more about our benefits in our London office.\nFor everyone, everywhere.
