In this role, you will report directly to the Head of PR for Americas\nWhat you'll do:\nSupport strategy and execution across earned media, integrated campaigns, product launches, and everyday press office\n\nDrive high-quality execution of campaigns such as product education in Latam cultural newsjacking and experiential brand moments\n\nThe LatAm Comms team manages press offices, earned media campaigns, crisis response, and stakeholder relations across key markets including Brazil, Mexico, and Chile.\n\nConsistently manage the agencies on earned media coverage for launches, partnerships, and thought leadership\n\nBuild and maintain strategic media relationships across business, tech, lifestyle, and consumer media, keeping a pulse on the press landscape\n\nIdentify and collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Marketing, Product, Growth, and Banking & Expansion teams, to tell market-specific stories for Brazilian, Chilean, Mexican audience\n\nManage performance measurement and reporting\n\n What you'll bring:\n5-7 years of PR experience with demonstrable end-to-end campaign ownership\n\nProven track record in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations within the fintech, payments, or financial services sectors\n\nRegional expertise: cultural nuance, key outlets and journalists, established relationships, especially in Brazil\n\nStrong execution and project management across multiple simultaneous workstreams\n\nSenior stakeholder management with Marketing, Product, and Country Managers, including professional pushback when needed\n\nCreative thinking balanced with practical execution\n\nStrong writing in English\n\nIntermediate Spanish level\n\n *Please note, only resumes provided in English will be considered*\nOur Benefits:\nFlexible working model\nHealth and dental allowance for you and your dependents\nCompany-paid: Life Insurance, and an EAP program\nTransportation vouchers\nFood (730 BRL per month) and meal (1,188 BRL per month) vouchers\n TotalPass access to 3,500 gyms and studios throughout Brazil\nFor everyone, everywhere.
