You’ll partner with our senior leaders to hire exceptional engineering, product, data and design leaders who will shape the future of Wise.\nWhat you’ll do.\nOwn and drive executive search strategies for critical leadership roles globally.\n\nAdvise senior stakeholders on candidate requirements, market dynamics and search strategy.\n\nDevelop inclusive search strategies to identify and engage exceptional leadership talent.\n\nAssess executive talent, identifying leaders who will thrive in Wise’s environment and have a meaningful impact on our business.\n\nPartner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring and succession strategies.\n\nBuild long-term relationships with executive talent, maintaining external leadership pipelines.\n\nGuide candidates through our hiring process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.\n\nNegotiate and close executive offers.\n\nPartner with talent development leads and people partners to develop strategies to minimise succession risks, build external succession pipelines and maintain long term relationships with passive candidates.\n\nPartner with leaders and People Partners on org design, leveling, and location strategy based on macro external market intelligence.\n\nDiagnose systemic interview/assessment issues and influence leaders to adopt structural changes. Lead comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) delivering predictive forecasting and competitor threat analyses.\n\nDesign and audit global recruitment processes, working cross-regionally to untangle complex roadblocks.\n\nPioneer AI-first solutions, leveraging AI to map competitor org charts and automate talent trend analysis.\n\nAs a recognised expert in your field, you will develop a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers and key stakeholders across our people and recruitment teams.\n\nYou will use market & competitor intelligence, to ensure that we identify, target, and engage with key talent.\n\nYou’ll continuously advocate our inclusive hiring practices and help drive our diversity sourcing initiatives.\n\nActing as a mentor to others, you will seek growth and share what you learn.\n\nWe are a fast growing team and company. You will be expected to lead and contribute to broader talent initiatives across the organisation.\n\nThe experience, background and competencies needed to succeed in this role.\nFunction skills:\nYou are an experienced executive / senior leadership recruiter with a proven track record of driving organisational change at pace, creating structure out of ambiguity, role modeling TA best practice, and leading complex end-to-end leadership searches.\n\nYou have significant experience recruiting senior leaders across engineering, product, data and/or design within a product-led technology company, with particular expertise in engineering leadership recruitment.\n\nProven ability to operate as a trusted adviser to senior leaders..\n\nYou consistently deliver an exceptional experience for candidates.\n\nExperience in org design, leveling, and location strategy.\n\nExperience designing and auditing global recruitment processes.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in pioneering AI-driven talent solutions and advanced mapping techniques.\n\nWays of working:\nYou’re curious and show high agency, continuously looking for ways to improve how we hire, assess, and develop leadership talent.\n\nYou use data, market insight, and evidence with agility to shape decisions and quickly adapt to changing priorities.\n\nYou thrive with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, taking full accountability for outcomes.\n\nYou collaborate seamlessly across the People team and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to deliver measurable business impact.\n\nWe support flexible working.
