For more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, clickhere.\nWhat you'll be doing\nYour principal responsibility will be to make an impact and lead us to better decisions for the company and our customers\n\nLeading a team of analysts who will be responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, some statistical modelling, and deeper dive analysis that we expect to influence the direction of the team and the company\n\nYou'll be responsible for managing the Pricing Model, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders including Finance and Product, to ensure the company can deliver competitive and sustainable prices\n\nThe team you’re applying for will be focussed on the following:\nOwn and improve the pricing model, partnering with commercial and cost owners to drive strategic pricing decisions, to maintain low, fair fees for customers. Analyze and explain underlying unit economics and profitability drivers across customer cohorts.\n\nBuild, optimize, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines to accurately allocate costs to products and transactions. Lead investigations into complex cost data to improve upstream data quality and allocation methodologies.\n\nServe as the primary conduit between the analytics team and product teams, translating business needs into actionable data insights and influencing strategic prioritization.\n\nWhat you'll bring\n5-7 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping)\n\nExperience working in a financial company\n\nStrong analytical ability\n\nExtensive experience using SQL to build and maintain complex data sources, and leveraging visualisation tools to surface critical insights\n\nUnderstanding of stats and statistical modelling (measures of central tendency, understanding of variance and testing)\n\nDemonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements\n\nAbility to self organise and manage stakeholders\n\nNice to have but not essential\nDBT experience\n\nExperience working in a Pricing function\n\n Some of our benefits:\nBase salary of £105,000 - £150,000\nRSU's in a growing and public company\nPrivate Medical Insurance + Life Insurance\nDiscounted gym memberships and cycle to work scheme\nA paid 6-week sabbatical leave after four years\n26 weeks maternity leave at full pay\nAn annual self-development budget\nPet friendly offices\nLots of fun group activities like yoga, running and boardgame nights\nFind out more about our benefits in our London office.\nFor everyone, everywhere.
