These activities include regulatory reporting - both routine and ad hoc, as well as compliance monitoring and testing.\nThis is an IC2 role. For more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, click here.\nHow you’ll contribute:\nPartnering with Compliance in providing assurance that 1st line is effectively managing risks, primarily focused in the APAC region, but with the opportunity to partner with other regions when required.\n\nHelp build a world-class Compliance Analytics team that fosters high trust with our customers and external partners.\n\nEnable self-serve analytics by creating intuitive, scalable data models and tools (e.g. Dashboards), helping stakeholders quickly find the insights they need.\n\nDrive analytics for regulatory reporting, translating requirements, validating outputs to submissions\n\nWorking on opportunities where automated Compliance monitoring would be highly impactful\n\nThis role will give you the opportunity to:\nBe part of a positive change in the world. We have a large, diverse team of analysts, data scientists and Compliance partners that you will work with and learn from.\n\nQualifications\nA bit about you:\nYou're proficient in SQL and comfortable working with relational databases.\n\nYou have knowledge of data modeling fundamentals and ideally some experience designing and implementing data structures.\n\nYou have experience with designing and owning data assets; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation tools (Looker, Superset, etc) to surface insights\n\nYou understand the importance of data integrity, quality & governance. You know how to produce comprehensive data documentation\n\nYou're a clear communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical teammates, document assumptions clearly, and influence cross-functional partners across Risk, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.\n\nYou have stakeholder management skills; you know how to collaborate with key partners to get the job done\n\nYou have a strong sense of ownership and care about doing things the right ways\n\nYou have 3+ years of analytics experience\n\nBonus:\nYou have an understanding of how analytics can be used within Compliance to provide assurance over the effectiveness of risk management\n\nYou have experience with using data engineering tools (GitHub, Airflow etc.)\n\nYou have experience with data modelling and tooling dbt (models, tests, docs, macros) and a modern data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake); able to own a data model end-to-end, not just query existing tables\n\nKnowledge of python for data analysis\n\nAdditional Information\nFor everyone, everywhere.
