Full speed.\nWhether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.\nAs part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.\nFor everyone, everywhere.\nMore about our mission and what we offer.\n Your Mission:\nWe're looking for a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for the Business Account Squad at Wise.\nYou’ll lead a team of 5+ analysts who are embedded in the product teams that are building the primary account businesses use for their banking needs - globally!\nThe Business Account Squad sits at the heart of our proposition for businesses, building solutions to ensure that businesses can successfully and safely start to use Wise; empowering them with the workflows and controls needed to run their finances globally with ease!\nRobust analytical leadership is critical to ensure we proactively leverage data to shape our roadmap and drive high-impact initiatives, ensuring that every product decision makes moving money faster, cheaper, and easier for everyone, everywhere.\nThis is an AL2 role. For more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, click here.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPartner with Product/Engineering/Design leads to identify opportunities to improve our product and bring them to life; review team plans and progress, giving them effective feedback.\n\nCreate and communicate a clear picture of progress against product goals. Ensure that we have clear goals, measurable KPIs, narrate our progress and drive action to accelerate progress.\n\nOwn the data strategy for Business Account Analytics: define the roadmap to build the data and tools necessary to scale impact. Increase the speed and effectiveness of decision making across the squad.\n\nLead, develop and support a team of high performing analysts. Support analyst professional development via performance feedback & coaching; hire and plan capacity and ensure that analyst efforts maximise impact.\n\n What you’ll bring:\n5-6 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping)\n\nYou have experience working with product teams: identifying and evaluating opportunities that will maximise impact for customers and KPI progress; evaluating the impact of what you shipped; recommending changes and new initiatives.\n\nAnalytical thinker with strong analysis skills (SQL, Python), data modelling (e.g. Airflow, dbt) and experience using event data (e.g. Mixpanel).\n\nBias to action: you identify what needs to be done and make it happen.\n\nYou can work independently in a fast-paced environment (able to identify impactful projects and evaluate & triage inbound requests).\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills - you are collaborative, you know how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximise impact.\n\nB2B experience and familiarity with business financial workflows are preferred, but not required.\n\n What do we offer:\nSalary: £105,000 - £150,000\n\nCompany Restricted Stock Units\n\nNumerous great benefits in our London office\n\nKey benefits:\nHybrid working\n\nPaid annual holiday, sick days, parental leave and other leave opportunities\n\n6 weeks of paid sabbatical after 4 years at Wise on top of annual leave\n\nFor everyone, everywhere.
