We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Grow Squad (Wise Assets) in Tallinn. The role is an unique opportunity to join one of the largest fintech companies in the world. You'll be leading and growing our Product team to provide millions of people with frictionless and borderless money management.

Your Mission

Empowering Wise customers to live the life they want by making their money work as hard as it can so they can achieve financially related life goals. You break down barriers to make it simple, trustworthy and easy for customers to grow all their money and ultimately see no reason to keep their money elsewhere.

We need someone to help us make the hardest, most stressful part of managing wealth completely invisible to our customers. You will build a reporting engine so seamless that businesses and individuals can handle their tax obligations with a single tap and where in their country they have to submit offline, that the information we provide is clear, understandable and useable - and provided on-time, everytime. Doing this for one country is hard, doing this for 50+ global markets is disruptive. Your platform will help millions of people and businesses around the world.

• Build a scalable engine to calculate taxable income across the dozens of markets in which we operate, dynamically adapting to different local tax regimes.

• Build direct integrations to local tax authorities to make reporting completely painless for our customers.

• Create seamless integrations to business accounting softwares so businesses can submit their accounts with a simple button tap, giving you exposure to solving both B2B and B2C product challenges.

• You’ll be working closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, Compliance and Analysts to enable the team to make informed decisions and inspire the highest standards of execution.

• Design and deliver tax reports for customers which are readable, understandable and usable - make tax reporting simple.

• You’ll report to the Wise Assets product lead, whose role is to help you find your own path to having a massive impact on the Wise mission.

  What success looks like in your first 6 months

• Launch our foundational automated tax reporting tool for our key markets.

• Ship the first version of our seamless integration with major business accounting softwares.

• Map out the global expansion strategy for automated tax compliance and reporting across all markets we operate in.

  This role will give you the opportunity to

• Directly contribute to our mission to make money without borders the new normal - you will need to figure out and build solutions so that our customers can move money instantly, conveniently, transparently, and - eventually - for free

• Build world-class products: The role is a unique opportunity to build innovative, state-of-the-art solutions with a global impact

• Inspire teams from the entire company with your ideas, knowledge and self-starting attitude

• You are a seasoned, hands-on Product manager with 5+ years of experience building products as a Product Manager or a Founder.

• You have launched a significant B2C / B2B product and embedded learnings from successes and failures along the way

• You are customer obsessed, meaning you go deep into understanding them, identifying where to alleviate pain points and deliver empathy

• You are analytical and highly numerate. You are comfortable diving into complex datasets, financial models, and regulatory frameworks to extract simple product truths.

• You like nothing more than getting hands-on and roll up your sleeves to work on the execution, willing to wear any hat if that can help your team ship today instead of tomorrow

• You have significant technical understanding that can help unblock decisions from engineering leadership
