We provide such systems for transfers, and payouts domains.\nWe want our platform to be easy to use, integrate, and extend, while also enforcing good practices, risks mitigation, and maintaining high performance.\nWhat does it take:\nA strong product mindset and passion for user experience, you prioritise work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points\n\nGreat communication skills to drive cross team projects\n\nThe ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audience\n\nYou enjoy writing testable, easy to extend, high-quality code\n\nYou have solid Java 11 plus knowledge, experience with Spring framework and microservice best practices\n\nAdvocate for best coding practices, code reviews and open feedback\n\nExperience Distributed and Concurrent Systems\n\nHands on knowledge of microservice architecture patterns\n\nExperience working with relational databases, messaging queues and designing schemas\n\nWhat does success look like?:\nYou’ll have onboarded and found your place through understanding your team and tribe vision and how you can contribute\n\nYou’ll understand how our values can help you guide your work\n\nYou’ll understand the reasons behind problematic payments and customer difficulties and how to go about solving them\n\nYou’ll be raising the automation level to enable scaling of the product\n\nUnderstand our customers and the impact our product makes in their lives.
