But we're only 2% done - because people without borders deserve money without borders.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nYou’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Receive - a squad that helps millions of people and businesses get paid.\nIn this role you’ll enable customers to receive money from all over the world - quickly, easily and with absolute confidence. It might be a new business getting paid by their first customer, friends splitting the bill after a meal out, or larger companies regularly receiving millions of pounds, dollars, or yen.\nEvery single payment is important - no matter what size or how it’s made. It’ll be your job to design and deliver experiences that make these transactions clear, engaging and effortless.\nYou'll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.\nHere’s how you’ll contribute:\nGet to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs\n\nUse your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences that customers love\n\nApply your design thinking to AI and automation, validating where it can create real customer value\n\nPartner with engineering to design content systems, prompts, and agents, and define what good looks like in terms of QA and output\n\nInfluence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality across the squad\n\nUnderstand and prioritise content needs - delivering the most impactful projects across multiple teams\n\nChampion the Wise brand and its carefully considered implementation\n\nWork with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers\n\nThis role will give you the opportunity to:\nDeliver impact and ship work you’re proud of\n\nOwn design projects from end-to-end\n\nModel how content design leads on building customer-facing AI experiences\n\nElevate product and content quality - you define what good looks like in the squad, and demonstrate it with everything you ship\n\nWork at the crossroads of marketing communication and product design\n\nBe part of a positive change in the world. We’re fixing a broken, greedy system, and putting people and businesses in control of their money\n\nAbout you:\nYou’re an accomplished Staff Content Designer with extensive experience shipping world-class consumer products\n\nYou have an in-depth understanding of AI. You have strong perspectives on how it should be used, and how the underpinning systems should be designed\n\nYou’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity - and can successfully collaborate in this environment\n\nYou have an eye for quality. You know how to deliver it yourself, and how to support other designers to do the same\n\nYou’re influential, inspiring, and able to work with others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment\n\nYou’re highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with\n\nYou’re a trusted partner who builds effective relationships with your peers across the business\n\nHeads up, this probably isn’t for you if:\nYour experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, copywriting, journalism or social media - and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX\n\nWe’re people without borders - without judgement or prejudice, too.
