We are looking to fill the role of a customer service representative who will assist facilitate the relationship between the company and our clients.\n\nJob Description\n\n Manage incoming messages and enquiries\n\n Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction\n\n Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools\n\n Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas\n\n Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
