Ibadan, Oyo\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nReports To: CEO\n\nJob Description\n\nThe role requires a disciplined, punctual, trustworthy, and highly responsible individual who understands confidentiality, professionalism, and time management.\nThe Executive Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional driving services to the Executive (CEO) and for handling official errands and logistics duties during work hours.\n\nWork Days:\n\nFlexibility may be required based on official engagements.\nMonday to Saturday (as determined by CEO's schedule)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDriving & Executive Support:\n\nMaintain professionalism, courtesy, and discretion while on duty.\nEnsure punctual pick-up and drop-off at all times.\nRemain available and on standby during official outings until duties are concluded.\nDrive the Executive to and from work, meetings, official functions, and other approved engagements.\n\nOfficial Errands & Logistics:\n\nEnsure all errands are completed promptly, accurately, and responsibly.\nCarry out official running-around duties during work hours, including document deliveries, pickups, bank errands, office-related logistics, and other assigned tasks.\nAssist with transportation of official items, packages, or equipment as required.\nPerform inter-state trips when the need arise\n\nVehicle Care & Maintenance:\n\nConduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, and cleanliness).\nPromptly report any faults, damages, or maintenance needs.\nKeep the assigned vehicle clean, neat, and roadworthy at all times.\nEnsure timely servicing, maintenance, and renewal of vehicle documents.\n\nSafety & Compliance:\n\nDrive responsibly and strictly obey traffic laws and road regulations.\nAvoid reckless driving, phone use while driving, or unsafe conduct.\nMaintain strict confidentiality regarding movements, conversations, and official matters.\nEnsure the safety of the Executive, passengers, and items at all times.\n\nExpected Conduct & Work Ethics:\n\nMust follow instructions strictly and carry out assignments diligently.\nMust resume promptly daily without excuses.\nMust be respectful, calm, and well-mannered.\nAny form of negligence, misconduct, dishonesty, or repeated lateness will attract disciplinary action.\n\nPerformance & Discipline:\n\nConfidentiality breaches or gross misconduct may lead to immediate dismissal.\nFailure to meet expectations may result in warnings, sanctions, or termination.\nPerformance will be monitored regularly.\n\nRequirements\n\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nStrong knowledge of road networks and traffic patterns.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional or executive driver.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nProven experience driving senior executives is highly preferred.\nBetween 40 -
