Details below:\nWe are looking for an Accountant/Admin to join our Startup, to support our operations. The right person for this role has 3 to 5 years' of experience with preference of having a combination of both public accounting and start up or industry experience.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for Entire Accounting Function, Process, System\n\nHandle all Administrative Duties including Documentation, Filing, Automation, Data Entry\n\nDiligently Follow-Up/Co-Ordinate with Customers, Employees, 3rd Parties, Government agencies for Task Completion\n\nLead & Support the Directors for all Financial Tasks, Filings with Governments, Tasks with Company Secretary\n\nCollating the bills for daily expenses and entry into the accounting system.\n\nManage accounts payable and employee expense report processing.\n\nAssist in month-end close process.\n\nWork closely with the team, to manage spending activities.\n\nMaintain files with all relevant corporate documents.\n\nReview all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.\n\nPrioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.\n\nProcess check requests.\n\nAudit and reconcile corporate credit card bills where applicable\n\nRecord bank activity, including all cash and credit transactions.\n\nMatch invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly.\n\nRespond to all vendor inquiries.\n\nReconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.\n\nMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.\n\nAccounts receivables (collections follow up) and assist credit checks process.\n\nPerform monthly sales closing (including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation schedules) and ensure timely and accurate submission and reporting\n\nUpdating weekly cash report.\n\nReview processes for continuous improvement and support process changes\n\nSupport system enhancements and new system implementation as needed\n\nAssist with internal and statutory audit process.\n\nGeneral Ledger accounts Reconciliation.\n\nAssist with Singapore Quarterly GST return filing.\n\nAssist with ad hoc projects as needed\n\nAny other Tasks assigned from time to time\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting.\n\n3-5 years of Accounting or related experience (preferably with a mix of public accounting and start up/industry experience).\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc.).\n\nFluent in spoken and written English \n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;
