The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, an innovative and forward-thinking mindset, and a passion for driving impactful initiatives.\n\nYou will be part of an agile, international team, designing and developing scalable integrations, automations, and applications that seamlessly connect systems across cloud and hybrid environments.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO: \n\nDesign, develop and manage integrations using modern iPaaS platforms (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, N8N, others).\n\nDesign, develop and maintain enterprise applications built with TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot, SAP CAP, Fiori, SAPUI5 within cloud-native environments - SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, Azure, AWS.\n\nImplement integrations leveraging diverse communication protocols including HTTP, OData, SOAP, GraphQL, REST, IDoc, SFTP.\n\nDesign and implement end-to-end automated workflows that orchestrate tasks across multiple enterprise systems.\n\nDrive end-to-end software development using AI-augmented platforms, specializing in integration solutions.\n\nAct as a technical expert, ensuring quality and continuous AI generation process improvement from initial analysis through to deployment and ongoing ownership.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and engineering teams to define and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.\n\nDrive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within teams.\n\nAdherence and advocate for best practices, ensuring technical integrity, high delivery quality and long-term maintainability of solutions.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED: \n\nStrong proficiency in Full-Stack software development with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, Groovy, OSGi.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with major enterprise integration platforms (e.g SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, WebMethods, N8N or similar)\n\nExperience with cloud-to-on-premise integrations and hybrid landscapes through various protocols (e.g HTTP, OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP).\n\nExperience with relational and non-relational database design (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)\n\nExperience with integrating ERP/CRM systems.\n\nStrong understanding of authentication and security standards (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, TLS).\n\nSolid understanding of API-based architectures, event-driven architecture, message queues, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPassion for innovation, automation, and delivering high-quality software.\n\nFluent in English.\n\nNICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:\n\nFamiliarity with LLMs, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) in building intelligent, context-aware enterprise solutions.\n\nExperience with Rapid Application Development (Low-Code / No-Code / Pro-Code ) tools.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).\n\nKnowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes).\n\nHands-on experience with SAP systems\n\nRelevant cloud or integration certifications\n\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:\n\nCulture & Development: \n\nFriendly Environment: We take pride in our culture, and we love spending time together. \n\nTeam Spirit: Be part of a supportive team that uplifts each other.\n\nMentorship and coaching.
