The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, an innovative and forward-thinking mindset, and a passion for driving impactful initiatives within the SAP ecosystem.\n\nYou will be part of an agile, international team, designing and developing scalable integrations, automations, and applications that seamlessly connect SAP and non-SAP systems across cloud and hybrid environments.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL DO: \n\nDesign, develop and manage integrations using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, etc.) between SAP Cloud solutions (S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, etc.) and other cloud and on-premise systems.\n\nDevelop and maintain applications built with SAP CAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.\n\nImplement integrations leveraging multiple communication protocols (HTTP, OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP).\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and software engineers to define and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.\n\nAdherence to best practices, ensuring technical integrity, high delivery quality and long-term maintainability of solutions.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED: \n\nStrong proficiency in Full-Stack software development with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Groovy.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP CAP, Fiori, SAPUI5.\n\nUnderstanding of data models and data services within SAP systems (especially CDS Views and OData services).\n\nExperience with database design and data modeling, leveraging SAP HANA and/or other enterprise-grade databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB or other).\n\nExperience integrating SAP S/4HANA Cloud with other enterprise systems and applications.\n\nExperience with cloud-to-on-premise integrations and hybrid landscapes through various protocols (e.g HTTP, OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP).\n\nProven experience building business applications using SAP CAP and integrating them with SAP and non-SAP systems.\n\nStrong understanding of authentication and security standards (SAP Cloud Identity Services, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, certificates).\n\nSolid understanding of API-based architectures, event-driven integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPassion for innovation, automation, and delivering high-quality software.\n\nFluent in English.\n\nNice-to-Have Skills\n\nSAP certifications related to SAP BTP.\n\nExperience with SAP AI – including SAP Joule, Generative AI.\n\nFamiliarity with LLMs, AI agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers in building intelligent, context-aware enterprise solutions.\n\nExperience with SAP Build Apps (Low-code/No-code) or SAP Work Zone.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).\n\nKnowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, SAP Kyma).\n\nExperience with non-SAP integration platforms.\n\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:\n\nCulture & Development: \n\nFriendly Environment: We take pride in our culture, and we love spending time together. \n\nTeam Spirit: Be part of a supportive team that uplifts each other. \n\nMentorship and coaching.
