Our goal is to build the first voice interface used every day by a billion people.\nWe're now looking for an Account Executive who will shape our early revenue motion, build relationships with technical buyers, and help enterprises understand what’s truly possible with voice interfaces.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild the GTM motion alongside our founder - from discovery frameworks to full cycle execution\n\nConvert high-intent users into enterprise agreements through thoughtful discovery, pilots, and nuanced commercial navigation\n\nOwn the full sales motion end to end - qualification, discovery, POC design, procurement, security, legal, and close\n\nSpeak fluently with engineering, product, AI, and security stakeholders, and serve as a strategic partner vs. vendor\n\nBecome a subject matter expert on Flow - deeply understand the product’s technical capabilities, roadmap, and its implications for enterprise workflows\n\nCapture learnings from the field and channel them into product, positioning, pricing, and repeatable playbooks\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n3-7+ years full-cycle AE experience in B2B SaaS\n\nProven success in high-volume new business generation in PLG, bottoms-up, or product-led expansion environments\n\nComfortable selling to technical personas: engineering, AI/ML, product, security, or innovation teams\n\nExperienced in navigating procurement, InfoSec reviews, and multi-threaded enterprise cycles\n\nBonus: early-stage or seed-to-Series B experience where you shaped GTM from scratch\n\nTraits That Thrive at Wispr\nHigh-agency, humble, intellectually curious - you don’t hide behind process, but you know how to build it\n\nObsessed with users and fluent in their workflows - you build context, not just pitch product\n\nAnalytical and experiment-driven - you test, measure, refine, and move fast without losing depth\n\nExcellent writing and storytelling - Flow is nuanced, and you know how to communicate technical concepts clearly\n\nComfortable with ambiguity and energized by building zero-to-one motion with founders and early customers\n\nLogistics\nWe sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more.
