You’ll solve platform-specific problems, improve observability, and turn a fragmented device ecosystem into durable systems the broader mobile team can build on.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn reliability and performance across Android versions and device manufacturers\n\nFind systemic failure modes and build durable fixes\n\nImprove observability, diagnostics, and operational feedback loops\n\nEvolve the architecture and shared foundations behind Flow on Android\n\nSet the foundation for the next set of Wispr product experiences on Android\n\nYou may be a fit if\nYou have deep, recent experience building production Android applications or platforms\n\nYou deeply understand the Android platform and ecosystem\n\nYou have solved hard technical problems related to device fragmentation and manufacturer-specific behavior\n\nYou think in systems and solve problems at their root\n\nYou understand what it looks like to chase 99.99%+ reliability, and have driven improvements through instrumentation, testing, or diagnostics\n\nYou’re comfortable serving as a primary Android specialist on a small team\n\nExperience with voice, machine learning, or iOS is helpful but not required.\nGet to know us\nOur operating principles\n\nOur Series B\n\nAdvancing HCI\n\nIntroducing Wispr Advanced Interfaces Lab\n\nLogistics\nWe sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more.
