Our goal is to build the first voice interface used every day by a billion people.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a full-stack Design Engineer to own frontend-heavy features from the data model and API through the final pixel. You’ll partner with product designers early, shape solutions, and build systems that improve quality across the product.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn frontend-heavy features from the data model through the final interface\n\nBuild polished, accessible interactions across every product state\n\nStrengthen our tokens, components, and composition patterns\n\nTurn recurring patterns into durable design system primitives\n\nFocus craft and systems work on the highest-impact problems\n\nYou may be a fit if\nYou’ve shipped interfaces whose quality is immediately visible\n\nYou’ve owned features across the data model, API, and interface\n\nYou have deep frontend expertise, ideally in React, state, and CSS\n\nYou’ve built or meaningfully contributed to a design system\n\nYou combine design judgment with meticulous execution\n\nYou recently shipped meaningful code yourself\n\nExperience with voice, machine learning, native development, enterprise products, or management is not required.
