You’ll evolve how compute and data scale, establish consistent observability across our services, and rebuild the development workflows engineers use to test critical product experiences.\nWhat you’ll do\nDecouple compute and data storage so core dictation systems can scale independently\n\nBuild systematic observability and alerting across our FastAPI services, catching critical failures before users do\n\nCreate isolated, end-to-end test environments for onboarding, dictation, Notetaker, and other core experiences\n\nImprove the redundancy and global availability of critical infrastructure\n\nRemove production bottlenecks at their root and give engineers faster, more trustworthy feedback loops\n\nYou may be a fit if\nYou’ve designed backend systems whose compute, storage, and services needed to scale independently\n\nYou’ve built observability and alerting that teams trusted in production\n\nYou’ve owned infrastructure, deployment, and on-call for services you personally shipped\n\nYou’ve improved developer workflows while increasing-not trading away-correctness\n\nYou connect infrastructure decisions to measurable customer outcomes\n\nYou’ve evolved critical systems through startup or hyperscale growth\n\nPrior voice, ML, model-serving, or SRE-title experience is not required.\nGet to know us\nOur operating principles\n\nOur Series B\n\nAdvancing HCI\n\nIntroducing Wispr Advanced Interfaces Lab\n\nLogistics\nWe sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more.
