The leader will also work closely with clients, AWS and Wissen's global leadership to grow the cloud business.\nExperience: 18 - 24 Years \nLocation: Bangalore\nMode of Work: Hybrid \nEducation Qualification: MCA/B.E/B.Tech/MTech\nKey Responsibilities & Duties:\nBuild and lead Wissen's AWS Cloud practice in India across architecture, engineering, delivery and capability development.\nServe as the senior technical authority for AWS architecture, cloud modernization and large-scale migration programs.\nDefine AWS reference architectures, engineering standards, delivery frameworks and best practices.\nLead solutioning and architecture for complex enterprise cloud transformation engagements.\nBuild capabilities across AWS infrastructure, networking, security, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, databases, data platforms and AI/ML services.\nDrive strong practices around DevOps, infrastructure such as code, observability, resilience, security, and FinOps.\nBuild and scale a strong team of AWS architects, engineers, and technical leaders.\nEstablish certification, hiring and talent development programs for cloud engineering.\nEngage with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Cloud and senior architects as a trusted technology advisor.\nSupport account teams in shaping and closing large AWS transformation opportunities.\nBuild strong relationships with AWS leadership, field teams and partner organizations and drive joint go to market and co-sell opportunities.\nRequired Skills:\n18+ years of technology experience with significant leadership experience in cloud engineering, architecture or consulting.\nDeep and current AWS expertise across architecture, migrations, modernization, data and AI/ML services.\nSignificant experience at AWS strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of AWS networking, compute, storage, databases, security, containers, serverless and cloud native architectures.\nExperience architecting and delivering large scale enterprise cloud transformation programs.\nStrong software engineering and distributed systems foundations.\nExperience leading large teams of cloud architects and engineers.\nStrong consulting and client advisory experience with large enterprise customers.\nExperience supporting business development and shaping complex cloud transformation deals.\nStrong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with CIOs, CTOs and senior technology leaders.\nUS and India experience preferred.\nLeadership Attributes:\nDeep AWS credibility with the ability to engage at architecture level.\nBuilder mindset with
