Establish effective governance mechanisms and reporting processes.\nStakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, architects, and senior management to align priorities, manage expectations, and facilitate timely decision-making.\nMulti-Workstream Coordination: Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, track interdependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment across project deliverables.\nRisk & Issue Management: Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), proactively identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues appropriately.\nAgile Delivery Management: Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, progress reviews, and retrospectives, while adapting delivery practices to project requirements.\nBusiness–Technology Alignment: Work closely with business and technical teams to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans and ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.\nStatus Reporting & Metrics: Prepare project dashboards, status reports, management presentations, and KPI-based updates covering delivery progress, risks, dependencies, resource utilisation, and milestones.\nRelease & Deployment Coordination: Coordinate testing, UAT, release planning, deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-implementation support in collaboration with relevant teams.\nResource & Vendor Management: Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, third-party dependencies, and cross-team commitments to ensure efficient project execution.\nChange & Scope Management: Manage scope changes, delivery expectations, project documentation, and approvals through established change-control processes.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance, communication, and execution efficiency.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n10–15 years of overall experience in the IT industry, with substantial experience in project or program management.\nProven track record of managing complex technology projects involving multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project planning, delivery management, and release processes.\nHands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.\nProficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.\nExperience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and escalation-management skills.\nAbility to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders and communicate complex project matters clearly.\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nExperience working with global teams across different geographies and time zones.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic enterprise environment.\n\nPreferred Technical Skills\nWorking knowledge of enterprise application development and integration.\nExposure to technologies such as Java, Oracle applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems integration.\nUnderstanding of application architecture, testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.\nExperience working with distributed engineering teams, business analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.\nFamiliarity with project dashboards, delivery metrics, and reporting tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
