The role focuses on product development support, release management, code quality, security compliance, and maintainingreliable Salesforce delivery across enterprise environments.\nEXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK\nExperience: 5-8 years\nLocation: Bengaluru\nMode of Work: Hybrid (Twice a week from office, Immediate Joiners Preferred)\nMandatory Skills (Must Have)\nSalesforce DevOps or Release Management (5+ years hands-on experience)\nSalesforce platform expertiseincluding metadata structure and deployment strategies\nGitHub and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation and release automation\nGit version control, branching strategies, pull request workflows, and repository management\nSFDX CLI, Salesforce APIs, deployment automation scripts, and release tooling\nPMD and Checkmarxscan automation for code quality and application security\nSSO certificate renewal processes and Salesforce environment administration\nAgile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, and release
