The role focuses on product development, customization, API integrations, automation, and scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.\nEXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK\nExperience: 5-8 years\nLocation: Bengaluru\nMode of Work: Hybrid (Immediate Joiners Preferred)\nMandatory Skills (Must Have)\nSalesforce Application Development (5+ years hands-on experience in enterprise environments)\nApex programming, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)\nSalesforce API Integration using REST APIs, Salesforce Callouts, and External Services\nSOQL and SOSL development for data querying and optimization on Force.com platform\nSales Cloud and Service Cloud application design, customization, and implementation\nWeb Services creation and consumption including third-party system integrations\nSalesforce security model, Flows, workflow automation, debugging, and problem resolution\nCustom business process automation, prompts, actions, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions\nOptional Skills (Good to Have)\nSalesforce Data Cloud implementation and administration\nCRM data models and customer data platform architecture\nPlatform Events
