The role requires converting high-level product requirements into detailed functional solutions, user stories, business requirements, and paymentworkflow specifications. The candidate will work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable payment solutions.\nEXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK\nExperience: 5-7 years\nLocation: Pune\nMode of Work: Hybrid (4 Days WFO)\nNotice Period: Immediate or serving notice\nMandatory Skills (Must Have)\n5-7 years of Business Analysis experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, or BFSI environments\nCross-Border Payments, Settlements, Accounting, Fund Checks, Statements, and Notifications domain expertise\nRequirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, user story creation, and functional solution design experience\nStrong understanding of Funding, Transfers, Settlement, Reconciliation, and transaction lifecycle management\nWorking knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting\nExperience with APIs, Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management\nAbility to translate product requirements into functional solutions and process flows\nOptional Skills (Good to Have)\nSWIFT messaging standards\nISO 20022 payment messaging knowledge\nUPI, NEFT, RTGS, ACH, or global payment rails exposure\nTrade Life Cycle understanding\nTechno-functional experience in transaction banking platforms\nProfessional Attributes & Qualifications\nEducation: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or
