You’ll work alongside senior advisors and directly with business leaders at GCs, specialty contractors, and developers to assess exposures, participate in Risk Analyses, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone in the first five years of their construction insurance career who is eager to develop deep technical expertise and grow into a trusted client advisor.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport and manage a portfolio of construction accounts, including GCs, specialty subcontractors, developers, and owners across admitted and E&S markets.\nParticipate in client-facing Risk Analyses, helping diagnose coverage gaps across GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella/Excess, Builders Risk, and Inland Marine.\nAssist in preparing marketing submissions, renewal proposals, and program comparisons covering exposure changes, loss history, coverage terms, and cost of risk.\nBuild and contribute to playbooks for the construction vertical to create repeatable, scalable best practices.\nSupport certificate and contract review processes, identifying insurance requirements and potential coverage mismatches.\nHelp manage ongoing program administration including audits, adjustments, endorsements, and claims coordination.\nCollaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Ops teams to ensure seamless execution and a differentiated client experience.\nTranslate client needs into actionable insights for underwriting, operations, and product improvements.\nTrack and report key client metrics to identify opportunities for expansion, efficiency, and impact.\nContribute to the culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability that defines our team.\nWho You Are\n2-5 years into your career, ideally with experience in commercial insurance, construction risk, or client advisory roles.\nSome familiarity with construction coverage lines - GL, WC, commercial auto, and builders risk - and a strong desire to develop deeper technical expertise.\nConfident in client conversations and growing in your ability to present analyses, program summaries, or proposals.\nStrong critical thinking skills, with experience (or aptitude) for evaluating coverage programs and translating analysis into actionable strategies.\nDeeply curious about how construction businesses operate and motivated to become a trusted advisor to their leaders.\nStrong communicator who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments.\nHighly detail-oriented and accountable - you own outcomes, not just tasks.\nCoachable and eager to learn; open to feedback and committed to growth.\nDrawn to environments where performance is rewarded with real upside and autonomy.\nHardworking, kind, and humble - the type of teammate others want to work with.\nActive P&C Brokers License required (or must be obtained within 120 days of hire).\nCompensation\nFor candidates based in the United States, the expected pay range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000/year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as market location, job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional variable compensation, including quota-based incentives where applicable.
