Embedded deeply within customer organizations and connected tightly to product, research, and engineering, we ensure that every engagement creates meaningful impact for customers and accelerates the evolution of David AI.\nAbout this role\nDavid AI is hiring a Deployment Strategist to serve as a trusted partner to customers on their most critical audio AI initiatives, shaping strategy and guiding them on their approach to audio training. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to uncover opportunities, define priorities, and design solutions that enable David AI to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes to our customers.\nIn this role, you will\nLead our customer journeys end-to-end, from ideation to launch.\n\nBuild and foster strong customer connections and consultative relationships across multiple business units and levels within customer organizations.\n\nTranslate customer objectives and collaborate with our research and engineering teams to build actionable strategies that guide long-term success.\n\nUncover new opportunities within accounts by identifying where David AI’s data and research insights can add value.\n\nDevelop and execute strategic account plans that build stakeholder alignment, guide customers through their decision and review process, and advance opportunities with mutual close plans.\n\nYour background looks like\n4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., deployment strategy, consulting, product or program management, founder, etc.), ideally at a fast-growing startup or technology company.\n\nFamiliarity with the AI training lifecycle and have strong technical intuition for what makes high-quality training data for advanced AI systems.\n\nSkill in designing and executing building strategies to effectively capture, grow, and retain revenue.\n\nDemonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication.\n\nProven project management expertise with high attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability.\n\nDeep experience building and managing cooperative relationships across technical teams and senior executives.\n\nSuccess thriving in dynamic, undefined situations, contributing to both the design and execution of solutions.\n\nBonus points if you have\nA proven track record in B2B client-facing roles, including opportunity generation and closing complex solutions to technical customers.\n\nEducation or professional experience with CS,
