In this role, you’ll create compelling, on-brand email experiences that help our clients engage customers and drive measurable business results.\nYou’ll be responsible for translating campaign strategies, creative briefs, and brand guidelines into polished email designs across a variety of lifecycle touchpoints-from promotional campaigns and product launches to automated journeys and retention programs.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong visual design fundamentals with an understanding of how people engage with content in the inbox. You’re comfortable working across multiple brands, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and developers, and designing within the unique constraints and best practices of email.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign engaging, high-quality email creative for a portfolio of client brands\nTranslate creative briefs, campaign strategies, and brand guidelines into effective email designs\nCreate designs for promotional campaigns, product launches, newsletters, triggered communications, and automated lifecycle journeys\nDevelop reusable email templates and modular design systems that allow teams to create campaigns efficiently and consistently\nDesign with a mobile-first and responsive mindset, considering how layouts and content will adapt across devices\nApply email design best practices around hierarchy, readability, accessibility, CTA placement, and conversion\nPartner closely with copywriters, Lifecycle strategists, account teams, and Email/CRM developers to bring campaigns from concept through execution\nPrepare and organize design files and assets for efficient developer handoff\nIncorporate client and internal feedback while maintaining brand consistency and design quality\nManage multiple projects and deadlines across different clients and campaigns\nStay current on email, CRM, e-commerce, and digital design trends and bring new ideas to the team\nUse performance insights and campaign learnings to continuously improve creative approaches\nWhat We're Looking For\n2+ years of professional digital design experience, ideally with experience designing email, CRM, lifecycle, or e-commerce marketing creative\nA strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work and strong visual design fundamentals\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator\nStrong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, imagery, and brand consistency\nExperience designing responsive, mobile-first digital experiences\nUnderstanding of email-specific design considerations and limitations\nAbility to work within established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to elevate the creative\nStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nComfortable receiving, interpreting, and incorporating creative feedback\nNice to Have\nExperience designing lifecycle marketing programs or automated customer journeys\nExperience working with DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands\nFamiliarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Attentive\nFamiliarity with email QA and testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid\nBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and how email designs are translated into responsive builds\nExperience creating or maintaining modular email design systems\nExperience using performance data, A/B testing results, or customer insights to inform creative decisions\nExperience working in an agency or other fast-paced, multi-client environment\nOur interview process includes, but is not limited to the following:\nExcel, Typing Test and English Test\nWe offer a competitive salary and benefits based on ability level, including:\nBase salary DOE\nUnlimited vacation policy\nMonthly phone/internet and food stipend\nHealth insurance coverage\nProfessional Development Program\nThis is a fully in-office role.
