Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day execution in The Trade Desk and other demand-side platforms (DSPs), monitor performance, and turn campaign data into clear actions. We want someone who can contribute immediately with existing platform experience.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, launch, manage, and optimize the client’s programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and other DSPs.\nTranslate campaign goals into audience, inventory, budget, bidding, and measurement decisions in partnership with the Programmatic Manager.\nMonitor pacing, delivery, and performance; investigate issues and make timely optimizations.\nOwn assigned work for the client and coordinate related execution with the team.\nApply quality checks to campaign setup, tracking, and reporting before and after launch.\nAnalyze results, develop tests, and communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client team.\nWork closely with the Programmatic Manager and cross-functional partners to keep client work on schedule and aligned with objectives.\nQualifications\n3 years of direct, hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and at least one other DSP.\nAbility to independently set up, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on live campaigns with limited platform training.\nStrong understanding of programmatic buying, campaign pacing, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.\nExperience managing details and priorities for a client account in a fast-moving team environment.\nClear communication skills and sound judgment when explaining performance and recommended next steps.\nAvailability to work in person at a WITHIN LATAM office.\nOur interview process includes, but is not limited to to the following:\n Typing Test and English Test\n\nLogic assessment on Excel\n\nWe offer a competitive salary and benefits based on ability level, including:\nBase salary DOE\nUnlimited vacation policy\nMonthly phone/internet and food stipend\nHealth insurance coverage\nFull-time in office in Mexico City, Mexico\nPlease submit your resumes in English.\n\nAbout WITHIN\nWITHIN is the world's first Performance Branding company, partnering with some of the biggest brands in the world to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
