Our North America retail business puts those products in front of millions of consumers through the country's largest electronics and mass retailers.

The role:

We're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow Withings' presence across major US retail accounts - Best Buy, Target, DSG, and HSA/FSA channels among them. This is a hands-on, hunter-and-farmer role: you'll deepen the partnerships we already have while aggressively opening new distribution ground in pharmacy, jewelry, sporting goods, and specialty health retail. You'll report to the Head of Retail Sales.

What you’ll do:

• Grow sell-in and sell-out across major US accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, promotional calendars, and on-shelf presence that strengthen Withings' position as a strategic partner.
• Open new distribution verticals - including pharmacy, jewelry, sport shops, and FSA/HSA stores - building relationships with buyers and decision-makers from the ground up.
• Expand Withings' footprint in Canada and Mexico by developing existing distributor partnerships.
• Design and execute trade marketing campaigns, in-store and online, that convert into measurable sell-out lift.
• Guide the day-to-day work of a Channel Marketing Specialist, keeping activations aligned with commercial priorities even without formal reporting authority.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast accuracy, and sell-out data to head off out-of-stock risk and keep inventory healthy.
• Track co-op and MDF trade investment against ROI, and adjust spend to maximize return.
• Travel extensively across the region to visit accounts, audit stores, and meet partners in the field.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years managing key retail accounts in the US market, ideally in consumer electronics, wearables, or connected technology.
• A proven track record of both growing existing accounts and opening new distribution channels from scratch.
• Strong negotiation skills and a sharp analytical mindset - fluent in retail KPIs, sales planning, and performance data.
• Comfort leading cross-functional work and shaping marketing execution without formal authority over the people involved.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory for account visits, store audits, and partner meetings.

Bonus points for

• Fluency in French and/or Spanish.
• Experience managing distributor relationships in Canada or Mexico.
• Background in an agile start-up or scale-up environment.
